Compliance with regulations is compliance with Part 2

10. Compliance with regulations is compliance with Part 2

Where the regulations make provision for or in relation to any duty,
obligation, act, matter or thing to which this Part applies, a person who
complies with the regulations in relation to that duty, obligation, act,
matter or thing is deemed to have complied with this Part in relation to that
duty, obligation, act, matter or thing.
