15. Offences and penalty



(1) Any person or body who or which contravenes or fails to comply with any
direction prohibition or requisition or any Order in Council or regulation
under this Act shall be guilty of an offence against this Act.

(2) Every person or body who or which aids abets incites counsels or procures
or is in any way directly or indirectly knowingly concerned in the commission
of any offence against this Act shall be deemed to have committed that offence
and shall be punishable accordingly.

(3) Every person or body who or which is guilty of an offence against this Act
shall where no other penalty is expressly provided be liable to a penalty of
not more than $1000 or to imprisonment for a term of not more than six months.
