14. Offence to intimidate etc. employees in essential services

Any person who, during any period of emergency, by force threats intimidation
or offensive action of any kind (against whomsoever directed) interferes with
molests or annoys any other person in the course of or in relation to the
performance by such other person of any duty in respect of any essential
service shall be guilty of an offence against this Act.
