10. Power to prohibit opening of specified places etc.

During any period of emergency the Governor in Council may by Order published
in the Government Gazette prohibit the opening of places of public amusement
or entertainment specified therein during the hours and within the areas
specified therein and may in like manner revoke or amend any such Order.
