ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION ACT 2017 - SECT 105
Authority may make position statements(1) The Authority may make a position statement by publishing a notice of the position statement in the Government Gazette.
(2) The position statement takes effect on the day notice of the position statement is published in the Government Gazette, or on any later day specified in the notice.
