Traffic control centre

8. Traffic control centre



(1) The Governor in Council may, by Order published in the Government Gazette,
declare any area of land in the Project area to be the traffic control centre.

(2) An Order under this section must be made on the recommendation of the
Minister and the Minister administering the Planning and Environment Act 1987.

(3) The Ministers must not make a recommendation under subsection (2) unless
they have received the appropriate plans, which have been-

   (a)  signed by the Surveyor-General; and

   (b)  lodged at the Central Plan Office.
