Occupation may be extended by agreement

73. Occupation may be extended by agreement



(1) The period of occupation of the project land after the reservation date
(including the 3 month period referred to in section 71(1)) may be extended by
agreement in writing between the Authority and the occupier of the project
land.

(2) An agreement under subsection (1) must provide for the payment of rent by
the occupier of the relevant land to the Authority.
