Revocation of reservation of Schedule 1 land

60. Revocation of reservation of Schedule 1 land



(1) The Order in Council specified in item 1 in Schedule 1 is revoked in so
far as it relates to the land shown hatched on the plan numbered

LEGL./04-044 and lodged in the Central Plan Office.

(2) The reservation of land specified in item 2 in Schedule 1 is revoked in so
far as it relates to the land shown hatched on the plan numbered

LEGL./04-045 and lodged in the Central Plan Office.
