Acquired right or interest to vest in Crown

48. Acquired right or interest to vest in Crown

Any right or interest in land acquired by the Authority under section 47 vests
in the Crown under section 24 of the
Land Acquisition and Compensation Act 1986 despite anything to the contrary in
that Act.
