42. Modification of Land Acquisition and Compensation Act 1986-temporary
occupation
Section 75 of the Land Acquisition and Compensation Act 1986 has effect as if
it empowered the Authority and any person authorised by the Authority under
that section to enter any land and section 75(6) did not apply.
