Acquisition of easement-easement in gross

38. Acquisition of easement-easement in gross

If the Authority acquires any right in the nature of an easement or purporting
to be an easement under section 34, that right must be taken to be an easement
even though there is no land vested in the Authority or the Crown that is
benefited by or capable of being benefited by that right.
