Acquired land to be Crown land

36. Acquired land to be Crown land

Subject to section 39, any interest in land acquired by the Authority under
section 34 vests in the Crown under section 24 of the
Land Acquisition and Compensation Act 1986 despite anything to the contrary in
that Act.
