35. Application of Land Acquisition and Compensation Act 1986

Subject to this Division, the Land Acquisition and Compensation Act 1986
applies to this Act and for that purpose-

   (a)  the EastLink Project Act 2004 is the special Act; and



   (b)  the Southern and Eastern Integrated Transport Authority is the
        Authority.
