Powers of acquisition

34. Powers of acquisition



(1) The Authority may acquire an interest in land in the Project area by
agreement or by a compulsory process for the purposes of the Project or any
purpose connected with the Project.

(2) This section does not apply to the compulsory acquisition of native title
rights and interests.
