Notice of Agreement, Amending agreement, or variation

18. Notice of Agreement, Amending agreement, or variation



(1) The Minister must cause to be published in the Government Gazette, a
notice of the making of-

   (a)  the Agreement; or

   (b)  an Amending agreement; or

   (c)  a variation.

(2) The notice must specify the place or places at which a person may inspect
(as the case requires)-

   (a)  the Agreement; or

   (b)  the Amending agreement; or

   (c)  the variation statement.
