Power to enter into Agreement

15. Power to enter into Agreement



(1) The Minister, after consultation with the Treasurer, may enter into, for
and on behalf of the State, an agreement for the Project.

(2) The agreement must be in writing.

(3) Without limiting subsection (1), the agreement may provide for the design,
construction, finance, lease, operation, maintenance, repair, transfer,
modification, up-grade and management of the Project.
