Implementation of Environment and Resource Efficiency Plan

26M. Implementation of Environment and Resource Efficiency Plan

If an Environment and Resource Efficiency Plan has been approved under section
26L, the person who undertakes the scheduled activity in respect of which the
Environment and Resource Efficiency Plan has been developed must implement the
Environment and Resource Efficiency Plan in accordance with the timeframes
specified in the Environment and Resource Efficiency Plan. Penalty: 300
penalty units.
