Submission of Environment and Resource Efficiency Plan for approval

26J. Submission of Environment and Resource Efficiency Plan for approval

A person who undertakes the scheduled activity must within the prescribed
period submit to the Authority for approval the Environment and Resource
Efficiency Plan prepared under section 26H together with the prescribed
supporting material to enable the Authority to make a determination under
section 26L. Penalty: 300 penalty units.
