Preparation of Environment and Resource Efficiency Plan

26H. Preparation of Environment and Resource Efficiency Plan

Unless a whole exemption is in force under section 26N, a person who
undertakes the scheduled activity must prepare an Environment and Resource
Efficiency Plan-

   (a)  in a form approved by the Authority; and

   (b)  in accordance with the prescribed criteria; and

   (c)  containing the matters specified in section 26I; and



   (d)  if a partial exemption is in force under section 26N, in accordance
        with the terms and conditions applying to the exemption to the extent
        that they are relevant to the preparation of the Environment and
        Resource Efficiency Plan.

Penalty: 300 penalty units.
