Review of accreditation

26E. Review of accreditation



(1) The Authority must review an accreditation within 5 years of the grant of
accreditation or the last review of accreditation.

(2) The Authority may at any time review an accreditation if the Authority is
not satisfied that the licence holder meets the requirements of section 26B.

(3) The Authority must give the licence holder notice of a review under this
section.

(4) The licence holder must satisfy the Authority that the requirements of
section 26B are met.

(5) If the Authority is not satisfied, the Authority must cancel the
accreditation.
