Application for accreditation

26A. Application for accreditation





(1) The holder of a licence may apply to the Authority for the accreditation
of a licence as it relates to a particular scheduled premises.

(2) An application must be-

   (a)  made in accordance with a form and in a manner approved by the
        Authority; and

   (b)  accompanied by a fee of 100 fee units; and

   (c)  accompanied by such information as may be required by the Authority
        within 21 days of receiving the initial application.





(3) The Authority must not deal with an application which does not comply with
subsection (2) and must advise the applicant that the application does not
comply with subsection (2).

(4) Section 22 extends and applies in respect of an applicant for
accreditation.
