Surrender of licence
23A. Surrender of licence
(1) The holder of a licence may apply in writing to the Authority to be
permitted to surrender the licence and upon the Authority accepting the
surrender of the licence the licence shall cease to be in force.
(2) The holder of a licence which applies in respect of more than one
scheduled premises may apply in writing to the Authority to be permitted to
surrender that part of the licence which relates to the scheduled premises the
subject of the application.
(3) If the Authority accepts an application under subsection (2), the licence
ceases to apply to the scheduled premises the subject of the application.
