Conferences

20B. Conferences



(1) The Authority may if it is of the opinion that a conference of persons
concerned in any matter under consideration by the Authority may assist in a
just resolution of the matter, invite all or any of the interested parties to
a conference.

(2) All persons invited to attend a conference under this section shall be
advised in writing of the time and place at which the conference is to be
held.

(3) A conference held under this section shall be presided over by the
Chairman or a person nominated by the Chairman for the purpose.

(4) The Authority shall take into consideration the discussions and
resolutions of any conference under this section and the recommendations of
any person presiding at that conference.
