Application of Act

2. Application of Act





(1) This Act binds the Crown in right of Victoria and, so far as the
legislative power of the Parliament permits, the Crown in all its other
capacities.

(2) This Act does not apply to a radiation source within the meaning of the
Radiation Act 2005 unless a condition of pollution or an environmental hazard
has arisen or is likely to arise.
