Duration and effect of approval

19F. Duration and effect of approval



(1) Section 19CA applies in respect of a research, development and
demonstration approval as if it were a works approval.

(2) The holder of a research, development and demonstration approval is
exempted from the requirement to obtain a works approval in respect of the
works specified in the approval.

(3) During the currency of a research, development and demonstration approval
the Authority may by notice in writing-

   (a)  revoke the research, development and demonstration approval; or

   (b)  revoke or amend any condition to which the research, development and
        demonstration approval is subject; or

   (c)  attach new conditions to the research, development and demonstration
        approval.
