Consideration of application

19E. Consideration of application



(1) The Authority must issue or refuse to issue a research, development and
demonstration approval within 30 days of receiving an application which
complies with sections 19D(2) and 19D(3).

(2) In determining whether the application relates to a research, development
and demonstration project, the Authority must have regard to the scale,
dimensions, purpose and duration and the potential environmental impact of the
proposed works.

(3) The Authority may issue a research, development and demonstration approval
subject to such conditions as the Authority considers appropriate and which
conditions must be specified in the approval.
