Endorsement of a directed or voluntary proposal

19AH. Endorsement of a directed or voluntary proposal



(1) The Authority may endorse a directed or voluntary proposal to develop a
neighbourhood environment improvement plan if the Authority is satisfied that
all persons who may be required to undertake specified works under the
proposed plan have agreed to participate in the development of the plan.

(2) The Authority may impose any term, condition, limitation or restriction on
that endorsement.

(3) The Authority must by notice in writing to the relevant protection agency
specify the reasons for imposing any term, condition, limitation or
restriction on that endorsement.
