19AC. Offence



(1) The holder of a tradeable emission permit must not discharge or emit waste
into the environment of a volume, quantity or concentration which exceeds the
entitlements held by that person.

(2) A person who contravenes subsection (1) is guilty of an indictable offence
and liable to a penalty of not more than 2400 penalty units.
