Review of policies

19. Review of policies









(1) The Authority must ensure that a State environment protection policy or a
waste management policy is reviewed before the expiry of the period of 10
years after the day on which the policy came into effect or the policy was
last reviewed.





(2) The Authority must-

   (a)  consider the review; and

   (b)  determine whether the policy should be varied or revoked.

(3) The Authority must ensure that the Authority's determination is published
in the report required under Part 7 of the Financial Management Act 1994.
