Saving of former industrial waste management policies

18E. Saving of former industrial waste management policies

Any industrial waste management policy in force immediately before the date of
commencement of section 10 of the Environment Protection (Resource Efficiency)
Act 2002 continues in force after that date as a waste management policy,
until it is revoked.
