Employees

14. Employees



(1) Any employees that are necessary for the purposes of this Act may be
employed under Part 3 of the Public Administration Act 2004.









(2) With the consent of the Minister concerned the Authority may make use of
the services of any officer or employee in the public service within the
meaning of the Public Administration Act 2004 and may enter into any agreement
with any person or body whereby the services of that person or body or any
officer or servant thereof may be in part made use of by the Authority.
