10. Conditions of office of members









(1) A member of the Board-

   (a)  holds office for the period specified in her or his instrument of
        appointment, which must be a period of not more than 3 years;

   (b)  holds office on a part-time basis on the terms and conditions
        determined by the Governor in Council;

   (c)  may be re-appointed;

   (d)  may resign from office by delivering a signed letter of resignation to
        the Governor;

   (e)  may be removed from office at any time by the Governor in Council.

(2) The Public Administration Act 2004 (other than Part 3 of that Act) applies
to a member in respect of the office of member.













(3) The Governor in Council must remove a member from office if the member-

   (a)  becomes an insolvent under administration; or





   (b)  is convicted of an indictable offence or is imprisoned for any
        offence.
