EQUAL OPPORTUNITY ACT 2010 - SECT 129
Commission to conduct investigation as it thinks fit(1) Subject to this Part, the Commission may conduct an investigation in the manner it thinks fit.
(2) In conducting an investigation the Commission is bound by the principles of natural justice, unless otherwise expressly provided in this Part.
