Exception-shared accommodation

54. Exception-shared accommodation

A person may discriminate in deciding who is to occupy residential
accommodation-

   (a)  in which the person or a relative of the person lives and intends to
        continue to live; and

   (b)  that is for no more than 6 people in addition to the people referred
        to in paragraph (a).
