26. Exception-compulsory retirement of judicial officers

Nothing in this Division applies to the compulsory retirement on the basis of
age of, or the failure to appoint a person on the basis of age as-

   (a)  a judge of the Supreme Court or the County Court; or

   (b)  a magistrate or bail justice.
