Exception-family employment

20. Exception-family employment



(1) An employer may limit the offering of employment, in a business carried on
by him or her, to people who are his or her relatives.

(2) For the purposes of this section a person who holds a controlling interest
in a body corporate is to be taken to be-

   (a)  carrying on the business; and

   (b)  the employer of the employees-

of the body corporate.
