Appointment and role of Commissioner

170. Appointment and role of Commissioner



(1) There is to be a Commissioner appointed by the Governor in Council.

(2) The Commissioner-

   (a)  has control of the day-to-day administration of the affairs of the
        Commission in accordance with the policies, priorities and strategies
        determined by the Board; and

   (b)  has any other functions, powers and duties conferred on the
        Commissioner by or under this or any other Act.
