Delegation by Co-ordinator in Chief
7. Delegation by Co-ordinator in Chief
The Co-ordinator in Chief may, by instrument, delegate to the Deputy
Co-ordinator in Chief or any other person any power or function of the
Co-ordinator in Chief under this Act or the regulations, except this power of
delegation.
