Co-ordinator in Chief and Deputy

5. Co-ordinator in Chief and Deputy



(1) The Minister is the Co-ordinator in Chief of Emergency Management for the
purposes of this Act.

(2) The Co-ordinator in Chief shall appoint a Deputy Co-ordinator in Chief of
Emergency Management who must be the Chief Commissioner of Police.
