Offence of making false compensation claim

38. Offence of making false compensation claim

A person must not, in or in connexion with any claim for compensation under
Part 5 or 6, wilfully make any false or misleading statement to or otherwise
wilfully mislead or attempt to mislead the Co-ordinator in Chief or any other
person. Penalty: 10 penalty units.
