Emergency Management Act 1986 - SECT 36C

Offences

36C. Offences



(1) A person who fails without reasonable excuse to obey a prohibition or
direction or to act in accordance with the conditions of an authorisation, is
guilty of an offence.

Penalty: 5 penalty units.

(2) A person who under section 36B(5) is ordered to leave or removed from the
emergency area or prevented from entering the emergency area must not enter or
attempt to enter the emergency area.

Penalty: 100 penalty units.
