Payments

32. Payments



(1) The Authority is entitled to the reimbursement of its reasonable costs and
expenses incurred in representing the Crown under section 31.

(2) The Authority must make any payment of compensation under section 28 out
of the WorkCover Authority Fund under the Accident Compensation Act 1985.

(3) There is to be paid into the WorkCover Authority Fund out of the
Consolidated Fund which is hereby to the necessary extent appropriated
accordingly-

   (a)  the amounts to be reimbursed under subsection (1); and

   (b)  the amount of any payments under subsection (2).
