State emergency recovery plan

17F. State emergency recovery plan

The state emergency recovery plan is to contain provisions-

   (a)  specifying the roles of agencies in emergency recovery;

   (b)  relating to the co-ordination of the activities of agencies;

   (c)  specifying the roles and responsibilities of co-ordinators appointed
        under section 17D;

   (d)  defining regions for the purpose of section 17D.
