Delegation by State Recovery Co-ordinator
17C. Delegation by State Recovery Co-ordinator
The State Recovery Co-ordinator may, by instrument, delegate to any person any
power or function of the State Recovery Co-ordinator under this Act or the
regulations or any other Act, other than this power of delegation.
