Co-ordinator in Chief to prepare recovery plan

17A. Co-ordinator in Chief to prepare recovery plan



(1) The Co-ordinator in Chief must arrange for the preparation and review from
time to time of a state emergency recovery plan for the co-ordinated planning
and management of emergency recovery.

(2) The Co-ordinator in Chief must consult with the Victoria Emergency
Management Council before arranging for the preparation or review of the state
emergency recovery plan.
