17. Publication

As soon as practicable after DISPLAN is prepared or reviewed the Co-ordinator
in Chief must-

   (a)  in such manner as the Co-ordinator in Chief determines, publish
        DISPLAN or details of the results of the review (as the case
        requires); and

   (b)  forward a copy of DISPLAN or details of the results of the review (as
        the case requires) to every agency to which DISPLAN applies.
