DISPLAN

15. DISPLAN

DISPLAN is to contain provisions-

   (a)  identifying, in relation to each form of emergency specified, the
        agency primarily responsible for responding to the emergency (referred
        to in this section as the responsible agency); and

   (b)  relating to the co-ordination of the activities of other agencies in
        support of a responsible agency in the event of an emergency; and

   (c)  specifying the roles of agencies in the event of an emergency; and



   (d)  specifying the roles and responsibilities of co-ordinators appointed
        under section 13; and

   (e)  defining regions for the purpose of section 13.
