Delegation by State Co-ordinator

12. Delegation by State Co-ordinator



The State Co-ordinator may, by instrument, delegate to the Deputy State
Co-ordinator of DISPLAN or any other person any power or function of the State
Co-ordinator under this Act or the regulations, except this power of
delegation.
