Co-ordinator in Chief to prepare DISPLAN

10. Co-ordinator in Chief to prepare DISPLAN



(1) The Co-ordinator in Chief must arrange for the preparation and review from
time to time of a state emergency response plan, to be called DISPLAN, for the
co-ordinated response to emergencies by all agencies having roles or
responsibilities in relation to the response to emergencies.

(2) The Co-ordinator in Chief must consult with the Victoria Emergency
Management Council before arranging for the preparation and review of DISPLAN.
