Delegation

54. Delegation



(1) The Minister may, by instrument, delegate to the Department Head or any
employee in the Department any power of the Minister under this Act or the
regulations, other than this power of delegation.

(2) The Department Head may, by instrument, delegate to any employee in the
Department any power of the Department Head under this Act or the regulations,
other than this power of delegation and a power delegated to him or her by the
Minister.
